1. Digital Downloads & Refund Policy

What is your refund policy on soundkits and samples?

Due to the non-returnable nature of digital downloads (WAV audio files, stems, and FL Studio project files), all digital sales are final and non-refundable once downloaded.

What if I accidentally purchased the same pack twice?

If you made a duplicate purchase of the same product in error, please contact us immediately with your order number. We will verify the transaction and process a refund for the duplicate item.

What if my download link fails or files are corrupted?

If you experience any technical issues downloading or unzipping your files, contact our support team or use the contact form. We will re-issue your download links immediately.

2. Soundkits, Licensing & Commercial Use

Are Tropic Wave packs Royalty-Free?

Yes. All packs are 100% Royalty-Free for independent releases (independent Spotify/Apple Music releases, Beatstars, YouTube, mixtapes, independent syncs).

When do I need sample clearance or credit?

Sample clearance and proper producer credit to Dshuffle (as "Composer" or "Arranger") are required if:

    1. A track using melodies or loops from our packs is signed to a major record label.

    2. An independent song using our melodies/loops exceeds 1,000,000 (1 Million) streams across digital platforms.

      How do I clear a sample for a major placement?

      Email us directly at contact@dshufflebeats.com to arrange sample clearance, proper co-producer credits, and royalty/publishing split agreements.


3. Compatibility & Technical Questions

What DAWs are supported?

All drum loops, stems, and one-shots are delivered in high-quality 24-bit WAV format, compatible with FL Studio, Ableton Live, Logic Pro, Cubase, Studio One, Pro Tools, GarageBand, and all major samplers.

What version of FL Studio do I need for project templates?

Please check the specific product description for required FL Studio versions (typically FL Studio 21 or higher).

4. Payments & Billing

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept major Credit/Debit Cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and local checkout options like Klarna/Afterpay (depending on your location).

Merchant of Record & Order Processing

Orders and secure payment processing are handled by our Merchant of Record partner, Fourthwall.com, who manages payment security and transactional receipts.
